• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: Includes a facial and masking choosing from the following: CBD Oil repair mask, almond milk soothing mask, honey deep moisturising mask and Japanese matcha tea detox/ purifying mask. Please note CBD oil treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.   
• Options 1 & 2: Duration approx 45 mins.
• Options 3: Duration approx 75 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
