• Voucher is valid Thur 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Wed 11am - 4pm, Thu 10am - 4pm, Fri 11am - 3.30pm & Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri 23 Dec 2022 - Tue 10 Jan, 10 & 11 Mar 2023. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max 1 voucher per person; multiple can be gifted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. In some instances doctors approval may be required 
• Option 1: Duration: approx. 30 mins; includes a choice of Thai foot massage, Indian head massage or mini holistic facial with back massage.
• Option 2: Duration: approx. 45 mins; full body massage.
• Option 3: Duration: approx. 60 mins; holistic facial with back, neck & shoulder massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Not valid on existing bookings.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
