• Voucher is valid until Fri 19 Dec 2025, Mon-Sat 2.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun, 22 Nov, 6 & 13 Dec 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 5 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea with choice of tea or coffee. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
