Advance booking is not required.

Multiple ticket purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Friday duration: approx. 7hrs; gates open 4pm.

Saturday duration: approx. 10hrs; gates open 1pm.

Please note last entry is 9pm.

Suitable for all ages; under 1's go free, children are classed as ages 13 and under and under 18's must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or over.

Please note one adult aged 21 or over may accompany a maximum of THREE persons under 18 to the festival venue.

Identification of age is compulsory. All persons must bring photographic ID. Preferably drivers licence or passport.

Acceptable forms of photographic Identification are: passport, European Union photocard driving licence, Citizen Card, Young Scot Card, photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.

Line-up is subject to change.

Please note there are no cash machines inside the festival and no card machines at bars.

There is limited parking at the festival; spaces must be booked in advance online. Vehicles arriving without having pre-booked, will not be able to park at the festival site.

A shuttle bus will be available (£2 each way) to and from the site to the city. Bus times can be viewed here and there will also be a managed taxi rank at the festival.

No food or drink may be brought into the festival, but you can purchase inside the arena.

No camping permitted at Hazelhead Park

The management reserve the right to refuse admission.

The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

No alcohol/food/drink bottles/cans/illiegal substances to be brought onto site.

All attendees will be body searched on the way into the event site for illegal substances or carrying weapons. Any items which the organisers consider may be used as offensive weapons will be confiscated as will illegal substances.

No Legal Highs to allowed in the event site. Anyone found with Legal Highs will be ejected from the event site.

No re-admission.

Toilets and baby changing facilities are available in the main arena.

Wheelchair access available.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
