Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Option 1: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly.

Options 2 & 3: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Excludes 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022 and 12-15 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm - 7pm, check-out 10.30am.

Options 1 and 2: small and standard double twin rooms available. Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe double for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.

Option 3: valid for a stay in a suite only. Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

Please note the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday evenings.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
