Can the voucher be extended if we are in lockdown for a longer period?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know we've recently introduced our itison guarantee. If you buy something for your favourite business and your voucher can’t be used in the future due to the business closing, we’ll give you itison credit to the value of that voucher for a full 12 months from the date of issue.

Hi Mary,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm that, for the moment, this voucher is valid until the 27th September 2020. If you're unable to use your voucher due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we'll issue an itison credit to use on our site for the following 12 months.

What to expect

  • 3 course Sunday lunch for two or a family of four at The Meikle

Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Jan 2022, Sun only 12:30pm – 2:30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Sat, 26 Sep - 31 Oct & 26 Dec 2021, and 2 Jan 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 5 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Option 2: Max of 2 vouchers per table. Family comprises of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children are classified as under 12 years old.

Sunday lunch menu only; subject to change. Served in the Meikle restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options available.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
