I am buying this voucher for my son as a birthday gift . What if there are no vacancies within the time that the voucher is valid

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Thur 26 Dec 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020, subject to availability so won't be accepted in April.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two in a superior room with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, full Scottish breakfast, leisure access, late check-out and 3 course dinner one evening

Voucher is valid from Thur 26 Dec 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020.

Option 1: valid Thur or Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Wed and Fri - Sat.

Option 2: valid Thur - Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Wed and 14 Feb 2020. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

King or twin superior room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Deluxe £10; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a 3 course set dinner served in the Maze Restaurant; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 2: Dinner is for one night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco served in room only. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes full leisure access to pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night inc breakfast and paying for meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
