If I book this now, as a Christmas present for my son and his partner and they are unable to go because of the Covid pandemic, do I get a refund? Also, how much should I pay for dinner for them?

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior room with a glass of fizz on arrival, use of the leisure facilities, breakfast, late check-out and optional 2 course dinner

Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Jan 2021 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12 - 13 Feb 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Card details will be taken at time of booking however no payment will be taken.

Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Superior double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival.

Includes access to leisure facilities: heated indoor pool, gym sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath when open, subject to government guidelines. Leisure access is limited to one hour and must be arranged in advance with the hotel.

Dinner option includes 2 course from a set menu; subject to change. The following dishes require a supplementary charge: smoked salmon starter - £6, venison main - £10; payable direct. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Max 2 vouchers per table.

Free onsite parking available.

Max 1 child permitted, 0-4yrs are free of charge including breakfast and are included in overall headcount, 5-15yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast and pay for all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. Cots can be provided free of charge.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
