Hi there, my sister and I are looking to book a spa day for our mum's birthday and this looks ideal. However, it says a max group of two. Would it be possible for one person to book two vouchers and another book one and go together as a three? It's not often we get to do something as a family.

Hi, I was looking to book this for my friend's birthday, however as I'm pregnant I was wondering if a pregnancy massage was available or any other alternatives or if I could just have an hour facial instead?

I'm happy to confirm Option 1 is £65 for a spa day for one person including 2 x 30 minute treatments, 2 course lunch plus a glass of fizz and full use of the leisure facilities.

Option 2 is £119 for a spa day for two people including 2 x 30 minute treatments each, 2 course lunch plus a glass of fizz and full use of the leisure facilities.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with 2 x 30 min treatments, 2 course lunch, a glass of fizz & full use of the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 - 16 Feb and 21 - 22 Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 16's only.

Groups can booked and receive treatments at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Includes 2 x 30 min treatments each choosing from – express facial, back, neck and shoulder massage, body scrub and hot stone back massage; all consist of 5 mins consultation and 25 mins treatment.

Treatments can be altered for pregnancy and cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with spa at time of booking.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Full access to the leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool spa bath.

Robes and slippers can be hired at a supplementary charge of £7pp; payable directly to spa.

Includes a 2 course lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the Spa menu; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
