I have read the questions and answers. Are you really saying you need to buy a voucher to check availability?
Why can’t you check availability before making a purchase or it could be an instant refund request. Seems a lot of hassle all round surely it is better to know availability before purchasing and avoid the issues of refunds which I am guessing will take 2 weeks or so to process?
