Does this hotel offer disabled access rooms ?

I'm happy to confirm there is one accessible room at the Gailes Hotel, and although this doesn't have a walk in shower, it does have an adapted bath.

Just let the venue know your requirements when you make your booking, so they can allocate you this room.

Hi I have been trying to book a deal for a few days but the app was not allowing me to do so. I have finally managed to get through to it but the deal has now sold out. I am very upset over this and was wondering if there was any way I can get the deal I want. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with this deal and am very disappointed that I could not get this deal. I will look forward to your reply. Thank you.

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first evening, breakfast both mornings and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.

Please note the Spa closes 27th Jan for 6 weeks.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm the day before your arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Room only.

Options 3 & 4: Include 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main from set menu. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £8 is required for 8oz sirloin; payable directly to hotel. Option 4 dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child inc breakfast, under 2s stay free, dinner will be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
