You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a Residence Suite with 3 course dinner, cocktail on arrival, breakfast, late check-out, leisure access, robes and slippers

Choice of day:
- Sun - Thur
- Fri - Sat

Option 1 (Sun – Thur) voucher is valid from Sun 24 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays & Saturdays and 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 13, 16 Feb 2020.

Option 2 (Fri – Sat) voucher is valid from Fri 29 Nov 2019 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, Fri & Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 15 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Four poster or junior residential suite.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Please note – Indoor and outdoor hot tub may be unavailable at time of visit due to refurbishment.

Includes a cocktail on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes a 3 course dinner from the market menu served in the VISTA restaurant. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted and accommodated in a z bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
