Hello, although the small print says voucher valid 11th Feb to 14th April, it also says valid 7 days. Does this mean I must book the stay within 7 days of purchasing the voucher?

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

The 7 days validity refers to the fact that the voucher can be used 7 days a week and there are no restrictions on what day of the week it can be booked.

There are no limits on how long you should book after purchasing the voucher, however the voucher must be booked by Monday 14th March 2022 and we do advise booking in advance to avoid potential disappointment.

I have gift vouchers for Knockendarroch Hotel, can I redeem them against a voucher?

If you purchase the 2 night deal is that just a 3 course meal the first night or is it the 2nd night too?

I'm afraid both options for this deal are for a one night stay only but I've popped the purchase options below:

- Option 1 includes an overnight stay for two in a classic room with 3 course dinner, canapés, breakfast and late check-out
- Option 2 includes an overnight stay for two in a suite with 3 course dinner, canapés, breakfast and late check-out

Disappointed that I booked for 3rd April And now due to childcare my mother in law has a date to go into hospital , the hotel will Not change booking won’t even look to see if any availability , we are flexible on dates , this was a present from a friend for my 50th birthday so I’m very disappointed and explained this all to hotel who said it’s policy. Have contacted itison for support

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two, 3 course dinner with canapés, breakfast and late check-out
    - Choice of classic room or suite 

Voucher is valid from Fri 11 Feb 2022 until Thu 14 Apr 2022, 7 days;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

A supplementary charge of £40prpn is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note bookings can be made from Mon 17 Jan 2022.

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed with hotel.

Multiple purchases are not permitted.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Option 1: double or twin classic room available. Rooms can be upgraded to a premier room for a supplementary charge of £40prpn; payable directly.

Option 2: double or twin suite available.

Please advise hotel of double or twin room preference at time of booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes 3 course dinner each from the evening menu. Menu is subject to change. Please note canapés are served before dinner.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

No wheelchair access available.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
