Hello, although the small print says voucher valid 11th Feb to 14th April, it also says valid 7 days. Does this mean I must book the stay within 7 days of purchasing the voucher?

The 7 days validity refers to the fact that the voucher can be used 7 days a week and there are no restrictions on what day of the week it can be booked.
There are no limits on how long you should book after purchasing the voucher, however the voucher must be booked by Monday 14th March 2022 and we do advise booking in advance to avoid potential disappointment.

If you purchase the 2 night deal is that just a 3 course meal the first night or is it the 2nd night too?

I'm afraid both options for this deal are for a one night stay only but I've popped the purchase options below:
- Option 1 includes an overnight stay for two in a classic room with 3 course dinner, canapés, breakfast and late check-out
- Option 2 includes an overnight stay for two in a suite with 3 course dinner, canapés, breakfast and late check-out

Disappointed that I booked for 3rd April And now due to childcare my mother in law has a date to go into hospital , the hotel will Not change booking won’t even look to see if any availability , we are flexible on dates , this was a present from a friend for my 50th birthday so I’m very disappointed and explained this all to hotel who said it’s policy.
