Hi I would like to book this for the 2 night break but I would like it for 20, 21 or 22nd March any 2 nights. I dont want to commit unless 2 nights out of these are available.

Overnight stay
Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Jan 2020 until Fri 25 Sep 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 14-15 Feb and 10-12 Apr 2020. A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

2 night stay
Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Jan 2020 until Fri 25 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14-15 Feb and 10-12 Apr 2020. A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Option 1: Check-out 11am.

Options 2 & 3: Late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner in the Bistro. Choose a starter & main or main & dessert from the menu which can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner can be served in the award-winning 2AA rosette restaurant for a supplementary charge of £15 per person. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.

Option 3: Includes evening Aqua Thermal Journey experience between 4pm - 7pm which includes Aroma Salt inhalation room, steam room, sauna, rain sky shower and hydrotherapy pool. Lockers, towels, robes and slippers are provided. 

Spa access is for over 16s only; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Parts of the Aqua Thermal Journey are not suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa directly. For cancer sufferers/those in remission, please discuss with your doctor prior to attending.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3-15 yrs. Under 3's can be accommodated in cots free of charge. Please contact hotel directly to check availability and for details of adding children.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
