I can confirm there are two voucher options for two night stays.

1. £329.00 - 2 night stay for two in a deluxe room with 2 course dinner on the first night and full English breakfast each day

2.£559.00 - 2 night stay for two in a lake view room with 2 course dinner on the first night, Elemis spa treatment and full English breakfast each day.

The terms and conditions state there are only supplements for stays on Friday and Saturday nights. Why are the hotel charging a £50 supplement for stays on Sundays to Thursdays?

I can confirm supplementary charges are only applicable on Friday and Saturdays, so if you haven't already, please contact support@itison.com and we can investigate this further for you.

Trying to book this accomodation for Sunday 13th February but doesn't seem to allow me to select a date. It is slightly more expensive than voucher therefore don't want to put card details in. Hopefully you can advise. Many Thanks.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe room with full English breakfast and optional 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a deluxe with 2 course dinner on the first night and full English breakfast each morning
  • 2 night stay for two in a lake view room with 2 course dinner on the first night, 25min spa treatment each and full English breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday stays and £80 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Options 1-3: Deluxe double or twin room. Rooms can be upgraded to a super deluxe room with lake view for a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel. 

Option 4: Super deluxe double with lake views.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from the market menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: ribeye £8, sirloin £9; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stays: dinner is on the first night only.

Option 4: Includes 25 min treatment each choosing from the following: superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage, cleansing salt scrub or best foot forward. Over 16s only. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Includes 1 hours use of leisure facilities.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under are free of charge including breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable direct.

Car parking is available for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable direct.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
