The main attractions are open from 11am - 4.30pm or 5pm.

Last admissions to attractions one hour prior to closing.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.

Suitable for all ages; under 4s go free, children are classed as ages 4 – 14 years and adults are classed as ages 15+.

Children must be supervised at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age or older.

Duration: please allow at least 3 – 5 hours for your visit.

There are some restrictions on use of attractions; please see website for more information.

Activity park is outdoors and weather appropriate clothing is recommended.

Wheelchair accessible; the Tower, the Watercoaster and Ant City are not wheelchair accessible.

Admission is for one day entry only.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers or upgrades.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. Please note, vouchers shown on mobile phone or tablets will not be accepted.
