Questions and answers

Can you confirm if the vouchers are valid until the 20th or the 30th April please? The information in the ‘Small print’ section is conflicting. Thanks.

I can confirm this voucher is valid until Saturday 20th April 2019, and we've had our terms updated accordingly.

Is it possible to extend 2 night DBB by 1 night by adding 1 night DBB ? Also would like particular dates in April as it is for a birthday. If hotel cannot give me the dates can I cancel the vouchers?

I'm happy to confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

If your preferred dates aren't available please email support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Vouchers are valid from Thu 31 Jan 2019 until Sat 20 Apr 2019, Thur - Sun from 31 Jan – 14 Mar 2019 and 7 days from 15 Mar - 20 Apr 2019; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays from 31 Jan – 14 Mar 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required Saturdays: payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin sea view balcony or terrace rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: main house sea view room £20 or suite £40; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes continental breakfast; can be upgraded to full Scottish breakfast for a supplementary charge of £6.95 per person; payable directly to hotel.

Dinner options have a £40 allowance per couple per night; advance booking is required. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking.

Free onsite parking available.

Children permitted; cots available for under 2s for no additional charge, under 12s are additional £30. Max 2 extra fold out beds for under 12s or 1 fold out bed and one free cot; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.

Dogs are permitted; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.

Entry for NTS members to National Trust for Scotland Arduaine Garden which is adjacent to the hotel. Non-members can gain entry for £7.50 per adult; payable directly to Arduaine Garden.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
