Questions and answers

Hi. I see pets are not permitted. Is this correct, as usually McDonald hotels allow dogs. It is a Shane so many of your offers exclude dogs!

What to expect

Overnight stay in a deluxe room or super deluxe suite for two with dinner, breakfast, a bottle of Prosecco and late check-out OR

2 night stay in a deluxe room for two with dinner, breakfast, a bottle of Prosecco and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until  Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 8, 14 and 15 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Options 1 and 3: Deluxe room available.

Option 2: Super deluxe suite available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

3 course dinner from set menu only; subject to change. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Max of 1 child permitted free of charge if sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 3-12yrs. Max of 1 additional infant under 2yrs old permitted; travel cot can be provided. Please advise hotel at time of booking.

No pets permitted.
