What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with 2 course dinner, continental breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr, 1 Jun - 31 Oct and from 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night and rooms upgrade for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
Includes a continental breakfast. 

Includes starter and main or main and dessert from Prix Fixe menu or £19.95pp allowance each on the á la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

A supplementary charge is required for the following dishes; steak frites - £8 and fillet steak - £14; payable directly to the restaurant.

Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Please note dinner is not available in restaurant on 25th December; instead £19.95 allocation per person against food in the Mal Bar or Room Service is available.

Pay and display parking is available surrounding the hotel. 

Max of 1 child permitted: Rooms must be upgraded to a family room to accommodate; please discuss rates and availability directly with hotel. Cots are available for babies.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access is available; please discuss directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
