What to expect

Spa day for two with a 25 min treatment each, lunch, a glass of Champagne and full use of leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm with lunch served 12noon – 2.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Over 17s only. Please note customers aged 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and adult consent is required. Treatment will also carried out in the same room.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Face and body treatments are not suitable during pregnancy if under 13 weeks. Members over 13 weeks can have facials and massages tailored. Body scrub is not suitable.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and will require a doctor’s note or disclaimer.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Full leisure access and towels and robes included.

Flip flops can be purchased on arrival; payable directly to spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes a main course from Spa lunch menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.

Includes 125ml glass of Champagne each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Available to ages 18+ only.

Wheelchair access available.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
