Hi,
I phoned hotel to book one night away with my voucher. They said you had to book online. I have went on there website and put in voucher code but it doesn’t accept it. Can you reply ASAP as I have to book today.

You should be able to reserve a room by selecting Book Online Now in the How to Book section of your voucher. To make sure you can access this link I've re-sent your voucher by email, and it should be with you in a couple of minutes. You can also view your voucher and the booking link by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay including a glass of Prosecco each on arrival plus breakfast each morning

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Thur - Mon; subject to availability. Excludes Tue - Wed and 14-15 Aug 2020.

2 & 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14-15 Aug 2020.

A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday stays and £20prpn for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard twin, double or king room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Deluxe king - £10, Deluxe King/Sofa - £20, Junior suite - £30 and Master suite £50; payable directly to hotel., subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children aged 0-12yrs permitted in a deluxe family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to the hotel. Children dine free on the kids menu.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
