I’m happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Wednesday 1st January 2020 until Thursday 30th April 2020, 7 days a week, subject to availability and some excluded dates.

Hello
I have gone ahead and purchased this voucher as a gift but when I print off the voucher it states that it is only valid untill the 30th dec 2019.

I contacted the hotel directly and they tell me there are two offers on at the moment I appear to have the older offer when in fact I want the new offer i.e. the one which is valid until the 30th of April

please can you advise on this
I believe I am still within my 14 days limit to cancel this voucher if necessary but really all I want to do is swap it for the most current voucher (valid untill 30 of April)

I'm sorry to hear the dates of your voucher aren't suitable. I'm afraid there's not a way for us to change vouchers, but you're welcome to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How do I pay using the voucher - do I contact the hotel directly and say I have a voucher? Do I have to contact them first to make sure they have availability on my dates, buy the voucher, then call back to book?

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of sparkling perry on arrival, 3 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out

2 night stay for two with a bottle of sparkling perry on arrival, 3 course dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 - 16 Feb, 10 - 11 Apr, 1 Jun - 30 Sept, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2020, 1 Jan and 12 - 14 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Feb 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12pm.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: river view room £20, executive room £50 and suite £80; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner from the table d'hote menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Scottish highland cheese slate £3.50 and chargrilled 8oz Scottish sirloin steak £6.95; payable directly to restaurant. 

Includes a bottle of sparkling perry on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Parking available nearby at a surcharge.

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 16 and under paying for all meals as taken. Family room upgrade required for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available; there is a lift to each floor however each floor does have steps, please request a room near lift for wheelchair access.

No pets permitted; guide and assistance dogs only. Please discuss at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
