Questions and answers

I have twin boys aged 14 .. would they be classed as children and so be able to go into the family room?

We are looking for Friday and Saturday 6th and 7th Sept ... also with a small Scottie dog

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 2 children are permitted; family room supplement of £25 per room per night required. Children ages 12 and under stay on a BB basis and paying for all other meals as taken when sharing with 2 adults in a family room.

I can confirm a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog, per night; payable directly to the hotel.

I have booked Tulloch castle for myself and my husband for DBB on 22.10.19. We are unable to go on this date as looking after elderly parent , can we move date to following week sometime?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a £40 F&B voucher and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Tue 24 Sep 2019 until Fri 20 Dec 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 26 – 28 Sep, 3 – 4, 7 – 13, 30 – 31 Oct 2019.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster room £40, balcony four poster room £75, family room £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 and 3 include £40 dinner allowance towards any food or drink in the hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Free parking available.
