Please can u confirm what options there are for vegans who eat fish please, we don’t eat diary or meat and just intrigued to see what would be on offer

I am trying to contact the Lowry to check if they have availability for the dates I would like but no one is answering, why does it not give you a date option ?

You'll be able to make a booking via email immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior king room with glass of Prosecco, breakfast and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior king room with glass of Prosecco, 3 course dinner on the one night and breakfast OR
  • Overnight stay for two in a junior suite with glass of Champagne and 3 course dinner OR
  • Overnight stay for two in a junior suite with glass of Champagne, 3 course dinner, bottle of Champagne in the room, chocolate dipped strawberries and a cocktail each

Voucher is valid until Wed 23 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Stay in a superior king room or junior suite.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 - 5: Includes 3 courses from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for steak options; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only.

Options 1 - 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco.

Option 4: Includes a glass of Champagne.

Option 5: Includes a glass of Champagne and a bottle of Champagne in the room.

Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12 at no extra charge. Cot or extra bed is available.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
