What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two in a club room with breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 5 - 9 Sep and 21 Sep - 10 Dec 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Club double or twin room available.

Please note card details will be required at check-in for any room charges and you will be asked to complete a COVID declaration form.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children over 2 years or 3 children if one child is 2 years or younger permitted in a club twin room, cots can be provided subject to availability. 0-3yrs free of charge; 4 – 12yrs £6.90pp 12 – 18yrs £9pp; includes breakfast; payable directly to hotel; subject to availability.

No pets permitted.

Social distancing rules apply throughout the hotel. Face masks are mandatory in public areas (non-dining) and there are hand sanitiser stations provided throughout.

Rooms will only be serviced for long staying guests; please discuss direct. For short stays guests can leave their rubbish in bags in the corridors to be picked up daily, and towels and linen can be requested as required via reception.

Access to the hotel is via the front door only.

Breakfast must be pre-booked with reception by 8pm the night prior. Breakfast is served  6.30am - 10am Mon - Fri and 8.30am - 11.30am Sat - Sun.

Dinner is served in the main bar area 6pm - 9.30pm Mon - Sat. Max of 6 people from separate households or max of 2 households can be seated at the same table.

Main hotel bar is open for residents only 5.30pm - 10pm Mon - Sun.

Room service is not available.

No on-site parking available.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
