Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; max of 2 per person.

Group bookings are permitted; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Includes a set itison exclusive afternoon tea menu with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change. Includes a selection of sandwiches plus plain or fruit scones.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Spa access to be used on the same date as your afternoon tea. 

Please note members must sign in at the leisure desk and fill out PARQ form before accessing leisure facilities.

Leisure facilities include access to the pool, gym, sauna and steam room; children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the swimming pool and are allowed in the pool until 7pm; towels are not provided.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
