Once you purchase the deal (by clicking 'BUY NOW') the voucher will be emailed to you and also remain in your ITISON account under 'My Purchases' - you will then have the option to print.

Unfortunately the vouchers must be printed for redemption.

Your ITISON account is accessible from any computer at any time & you can print your voucher from here, many public libraries have computers with printer access.

Does the deal include the single vessel of garlic and herb dipping fluid that one normally comes to expect with the purchase of a Domino's Pizza pizza?

This is a very good deal. If you think dominos pizza is too expensive for the quality of food they are offering then there's always tesco value (or similar) pizzas for a fraction of the price which you can get.
I do not at all see your point.

Domino's at both Broughty Ferry & City Quay are taking part in the promotion until the 15th of August.

However, due to supply levels they may only be able to accommodate a certain number of vouchers per day.

I have purchased a voucher only to be informed by my local shop at panmurefield village that we cant redeem this tonight as they are to busy, but if i wish to pay full price for a pizza then they can make one. i then informed them that we had prepaid for the pizza and the response was " you have up until aug to redeem" this should have been stated in the terms and condition when entering your site as i do not wish to wait until aug for my pizza

at the person claiming it wasnt on the website, it is on the front page of the offer in the "small bits" which is quite large. It is redeemable until aug....I just want to clarify that was not my question about them refusing to honour it today, I was starving and tried to order because I held off on my tea, my point is there was nothing about them being too busy in the terms, I wanted pizza tonight there was no terms and conditions reflecting them being too busy which should have been.

Poor show Dominoes/Itison for not anticipating such a high demand.....you went viral....

I called Dominoes and I was told the chances of them being able to honour all of the vouchers is slim to none... The supervisor mentioned that they expected 1000 most split equally across both branches. But seeing at it stands at just under 5,000 right now means they "may not" be able to honour the vouchers and we need to take it up with itison.com

It's a shame that this deal has sold out, and so many hours ahead of time! I wished I'd known there was a limit of 5037 deals (you didn't include that salient piece of information in the small print, but I'm sure you must have it written somewhere). What a peculiarly arbitrary number to pluck out of the air! I guess you guys know what you are doing though, carefully considering all the factors (such as, how many pizzas the staff could comfortably cook in the space of a single night).

Oh well, when do you think you'll be repeating this mind-blowing offer next?

so angry, went to buy it and it kept saying there was a problem with the card, re checked i'd entered the numbers right, then that there was money in it, everything was fine. then proceeded to say they were sold out. if it hadn't talked crap about my card being invalid then i could have got the (ONE) coupon i was ordering in time before they sold out. shocking theres no limit on them and now people sat with 10 coupons and others that didn't even get one, was looking forward to dominos as on a tight budget so rarely have enough money to get one!

I was told from the supervisor that they "may not" honour the vouchers... So basically, that means they didn't expect this amount of people and they wont be allowing the vouchers to be used.

What makes things worse is when I tried to use the voucher I was actually in a flat across from Dominoes and they told me that they were over run with people with vouchers and the current amount of people in the building was over 15... But when I looked out the window, I saw 3! 1 of them being an employee! And after about 30 mins of keeping an eye on the place I saw only 1 other person walk in. I am on about the brought ferry branch BTW.

Looks like yet another example of the "Groupon Effect" - companies not preparing for the chances of a viral marketing campaign.

Danielle, whilst it's helpful that there is now an official statement with the confirmation that all vouchers will be honoured it's ridiculous that a company with such a good reputation as Dominoes feels the need to pick and choose who can use the vouchers - where - and when. The 5000 odd people that bought the vouchers bought them in good faith and Dominoes should honour them in the same good faith. I live 20 miles away from the City Quay Dominoes - if I travel (by bus as I don't drive) through to Dundee and my voucher is refused will I be compensated for my bus fare? No. So how do I go about redeeming my voucher? There's an instance above of someone being told their voucher will not be accepted but that they can pay in full for a pizza if they want, so no lack of product - just picking, choosing and greed on Dominoes part. You made over £10,000 on this offer yesterday - an offer that was still live at 7am this morning with NO notification from you that there may be issues with it. It's very poor that you did not pull this offer as soon as complaints started coming in, also the people that bought the offer could have been emailed to say that there was an issue. This will be the ONLY deal I purchase from itison. I have had several from Groupon and never had any issues at all using vouchers at Don Michele, MacIntyres, Bodyshop, St Michaels golf course or anywhere else in Dundee. In future I will be sticking with them. PS todays Dundee offer is for something in Glasgow? Even less fair on the people of Dundee. If we wanted Glasgow offers we'd go to the Glasgow section of the site.

All pizza's from the Domino's/ITISON deal must be ordered in advance of collection to allow staff to prepare, if Domino's is able to accommodate your voucher they will let you know over the telephone. You cannot show up at Domino's and redeem your voucher without prior ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds/credits for any costs outwith ITISON Deals.

Domino's manage their stock supplies very careful and accommodate a certain amount of product to ITISON deals and to customers who order outwith the deal - this is why such was available yesterday.

We have received very few complaints in direct relation to the response of the deal. As stated in the small print the voucher is valid until 15th August, 6 days a week (excluding Tuesdays) and subject to availability. Although both ITISON and Domino's had anticipated an influx in orders we were caught off guard with the amount of people hoping to redeem their voucher last night - we are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Yes, today's deal is based in Glasgow - we have decided to take this opportunity as it is an overnight stay and may interest Dundonians traveling to Glasgow for an overnight break in the near future.

• Click on the MY PURCHASES' button at the top of the page, this will bring up all your deals that you have bought so far
• Click 'VIEW' on the deal you would like to print
• You can now print by clicking the 'PRINT' button
