I just called the hotel to check availability for the night I wish to stay before buying the Itison voucher, but they advised they could not tell me as all bookings are done through Itison. So, how do I find out if the date I would like is available before buying the voucher? Thanks

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco each and late check out with options to add breakfast and a 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with 2 course dinner on the first evening, late check out, a glass of Prosecco each day and breakfast both mornings

Options 1 - 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 12 Dec 2019. A supplementary charge is required for the following: Friday - £35 and Sat - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Option 4: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat and 12 Dec 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12pm.

Options 1 - 3: City double or twin room available.

Option 4: Castle view superior room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 1-3: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 4: Includes 1 x 125 ml glasses of Prosecco per person / per day - vouchers will be provided on arrival.

Option 1: Room only.

Option 2: Includes breakfast.

Options 3 & 4: Includes 2 courses from set menu. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for the following: flat iron - £3.50, sirloin - £9.50, cheese - £2; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 4: dinner is on the first night only

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
