if the stay was for one overnight from 30th-31st December, would the voucher work for that? or can it not include 31st December at all, even if that was the day we would be checking out?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with glass of Prosecco on arrival and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two with breakfast, glass of Prosecco on arrival, late check-out and optional 2 course dinner OR

2 night stay for two with 2 course dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings, glass of Prosecco on arrival and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 – 26 and 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 7 – 8 Feb and 7 – 8 Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

City double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a city plus room for an extra £15prpn; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 - 4: includes full Scottish breakfast each morning; option to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your bed, please discuss with the hotel at check-in.

Options 3 & 4 include a 2 course dinner; set menu can be viewed here, subject to change; starter & main or main & dessert. Option 4 includes dinner on the first night only. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: burger toppings £1 each, cheese board £2; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
