Hi if I go ahead and purchase the deal what happens if the dates I want are unavailable? Can I contact the hotel first to ensure dates r available then book through itoson? I want to go on the 17th of July for 1 night stay. Thank you

If you go ahead and buy your voucher, and then can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm voucher options 2 and 3 both include dinner:

- Option 2 - £89 for an overnight stay for two including breakfast, a 2-course dinner and a glass of fizz on arrival each

- Option 3 - £129 for a two-night stay for two with breakfast, 2-course dinner on the first night and a glass of fizz on arrival

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival and breakfast OR

Overnight stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, 2 course dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, Sun - Thurs; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £20, deluxe room £30 or Lennox suite (honeymoon) £60; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Dumfries Arms Hotel.

Includes a glass of fizz on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 course dinner from set menu choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge per person is required for steak - £8; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Vegetarian options are available; no gluten / wheat free options available.

Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free of charge, including cots. Ages 2-14yrs are additional £25 per child including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to Dumfries Arms Hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access is available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
