Can this be booked for myself (mother) and my child as a wee pamper night away. Was unsure as it details adults.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, breakfast, late check-out and optional 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 19 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free and ages 2 – 12yrs require a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Over 12’s are classed as adults.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
