What is the flexibility if we have to cancel due to covid restrictions or being covid positive ourselves?

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

You can find out more about our Covid-19 guarantee at https://www.itison.com/pages/guarantee.

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

Is it possible to book a two night stay for the Thursday and Friday night.

I'm afraid you can't use a 2-night stay voucher for a Thursday and Friday booking. You're welcome to buy an overnight stay for the Sunday - Thursday option to use for the Thursday stay, and then a Friday - Saturday overnight voucher to use for the Friday stay.

Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Fri 18 Mar 2022.

Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Dec 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
