Hi, i wanted to book this deal for myself, husband and two kids but it says only 1 child allowed in the small print. Happy to pay extra for the other child but is that not allowed? Thanks, Karina

  • Overnight stay for 2 including a £5pp drinks voucher, breakfast & late check-out OR
  • 2 night stay for 2 including a £5pp drinks voucher, £20pp dinner allowance, breakfast both mornings & late check-out
  • Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Aug 2021 until Wed 27 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
  • Excludes 10 - 12 Sep 2021.
  • A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
  • Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
  • Online bookings only.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
  • Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon. 
  • Deluxe double or twin room available.
  • Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe Double/Double or an Executive Double for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
  • Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
  • Includes a £5pp allowance to spend on drinks at the bar. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
  • Option 2: includes a £20pp dinner allowance. Set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
  • Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted. 0 - 2 are free of charge, 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £10, including breakfast. Please discuss and pay direct.
  • No pets permitted.
  • Wheelchair access available.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
