Hi I would love to use this deal and lots of others but they are all for 2 people. It's fine if it's just for a meal but I was widowed 2 years ago & can't often get someone to share an overnight or trip away. Can I buy a deal & just go alone? Thanks

While most of our getaway deals are for 2 people, many hotels are happy to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable. It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

I have bought a voucher and been told by hotel that all it is on deals have been sold. This was after the third time of phoning. Should this not be taken off this now? I have asked for a refund.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to book a suitable date so far. I've been in touch with the team at Ernespie House Hotel who have confirmed there are still a number of rooms available across the validity period of the voucher, subject to availability.

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Jul 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 1pm, check-out 12noon.

Deluxe or superior double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Family £10, four poster £20, king £30; supplements are per room per night.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a gin fizz cocktail on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Excludes steak. Vegetarian options are available - please advise hotel when booking. Max 6 people per table.

Max of 2 children permitted. A supplement of £25 per child per night applies including breakfast; payable to the hotel. All other meals charged taken. Family rooms will be allocated to accommodate children; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
