Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 9am – 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday and Sunday tours; payable directly. 

Excludes 19 Dec 2021 - 14 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings can be rearranged for a £40 fee. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours will void your voucher. If tour is cancelled due to bad weather, a new date will be arranged.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 12+. 

Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr. Option 2 and 3 duration: approx. 1hr 10mins.

Max of 2 people per tour.

Max weight; 19 stone per person, max height; 6ft 9in.

Warm and waterproof clothing required.

Meeting place will be confirmed at time of booking.

No wheelchair access available. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
