When I try to buy this it gives me the sign in section etc, but when I click that I’m not a robot I just get the spinning wheel of doom and then eventually get kicked out. This has happened a few times now. Any ideas?

Not to worry - you can still gift it from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/. Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

a letter or number is missing from your postcode.

Your money will go directly to Social Bite to pay for a homeless person to have Christmas dinner this year or buy presents for homeless families and children. Surplus funds will go towards feeding the homeless & long-term projects throughout 2021.

Social Bite has capacity to feed as many homeless people as necessary across 3 cities during the festive period. Any funds raised over and above this will be used to provide meals for homeless people at Social Bite through the year. Social Bite shops are also now open exclusively to homeless people in the evenings for 'Social Bite Suppers'.

Social Bite are working with a charity partner in Manchester, The Booth Centre & Newcastle charity, Changing Lives – dinners & gifts bought in these locations will be donated to the charities via Social Bite.

Multiple voucher purchases encouraged. Option to send as a gift.
