If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe room with breakfast, car parking and late check-out

Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 18, 25 Sep, 12, 24-26, 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 3 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.

Stay in a deluxe double/twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes secure, underground car parking; please discuss direct.

Max of 1 child permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per stay. Children ages 0-1 yrs stay free of charge, 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15 per stay and 13+ are classed as adult. Meals must be paid as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
