Hi, I was looking to book Option 1 for an overnight stay on Monday 23rd December, but I find the small print unclear. It initially says that Option 1 is valid 1/11/19 to 28/2/2020, but small print says 'excludes Saturdays, 1 Dec 2019 to 4 Jan 2020'. Does this basically mean that Option 1 isn't available at all for the entire month of December? Or does it just mean the Saturdays between these dates? Thanks

I purchased option 3, when i click through to book there are various room option with different price points - can you clarify - if i pick a room upgrade/add a child i will just be charged the difference between the total displayed and the £189 i have already paid?

Can you tell me how option 3 on this offer would be £387 normally. Midweek prices for those dates are around what you are advertising as a discount if you book direct with the hotel, maybe £30 less not the 51% as stated.
