I had a ‘full valet’ this morning at 10am. I’ve realised on returning home that the windscreen wash wasn’t topped up (it’s completely empty) and lots of aspects of the internal clean were missed such as the door pockets. The car wasn’t dried either and even the basic valet states it includes wash and dry. The tyres haven’t been dressed either. A little disappointing despite the discounted price

Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.
I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. We sometimes find though that the problem isn't actually down to your bank, and it's instead a compatibility issue with your browser or device.
