Questions and answers

Hi, I'm interested in this deal but it would be check in Fri 10th April for two nights. However it says on the small print that it's not valid 12th April. Does this mean its not valid to check in on this date or I wouldn't be able to use it as I would want to check out on this date? Thanks

I can confirm there is a Maximum of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night which is payable directly to hotel.

The venues we work with are continuing to follow Government guidelines and will reopen when it is safe to do so.

How can you advertise this deal but on the bespoke website the Dornoch hotel is not opening back up until April next year?

Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Mar 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12 Apr and 1 Jul - 31 Aug 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 for a Scenic room and £20 for a superior scenic view room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner from set menu, choose starter and main or main and dessert. Please note 2 & 3 night stays include dinner on the first night of your stay only.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Scallops £6.95 and Steak £9.95; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

On site parking available. Please note spaces are limited.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 4 and under stay free, ages 5 – 12 years stay at 50% of adult rate when sharing with adults, ages 13+ are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
