Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm the 1 night stay is valid from Sunday 3rd May 2020 until Thursday 25th June 2020 and excludes Friday - Saturday. Option 2 is valid from Friday 1st May 2020 until Friday 26th June 2020 and excludes Saturday arrivals.

After purchasing you'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

On 04/03/20 I purchased 2 vouchers for Sunday Roast with glass of wine each at Terrace Bar, Ayr totaling £44.00 through Itison. They were due to be used on 29/03/20. I have just heard on the news that all restaurants, bars etc are closing as from tonight. I phoned Terrace Bar and asked what procedure was. They informed me I had to contact yourselves. Can you confirm that I will be issued a refund please.
I appreciate you will be inundated with queries but look forward to your reply.

Overnight stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 May 2020 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, valid Sun-Thu; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat. A supplement of £50 per lodge per night applies on Sundays.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May 2020 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, valid for Sun - Fri arrivals; subject to availability. Excludes Sat arrivals. A supplement of £50 per lodge per night applies on Friday - Sundays stays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

All guests are required to contact Lomond Luxury Lodges on the morning of arrival with card details to pre-authorise for a security deposit of £100 per lodge.

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with Lomond Luxury Lodges.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Valid on the Wee Oak Tree or Wee Acorn Lodges only.

Check-in 3pm – 4pm, check-out 10am.

Please note: hot tub hours are strictly 10am-10pm, music is not allowed to be played outside as a courtesy to other guests.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
