You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Rooms can be upgraded to a four poster room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly.

Children permitted; hotel has one family room which has bunk beds with max of 2 children, if family room is unavailable Z bed can be added to standard rooms with max of one child. Under 12's require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast, ages 12+ are classed as adults.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
