We are 4 couples looking to stay for 1 night with breakfast and dinner. We are flexible about dates but must be a Saturday overnight. Would it just be a case of individually purchasing the deal and hope we are able to book the same night?

Hi it says this voucher is valid 7 days, no mention of any extra charges in the small print. Yet when trying to book I was told I have to pay extra for a Friday night? Have tried contacting the hotel who said last week they would phone me back im still waiting and also emailed itison with no reply yet. Not great customer service from either party so far! Can someone clarify this and if this this is the case perhaps the terms and conditions should be updated so others aren't buying this voucher under false pretences..

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 – 16 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or king rooms available; king rooms are subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 – 4 include a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival and a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for rib eye steak; payable direly to hotel. Option 3 and 4 dinner is on the first night only.

Free onsite parking available.

Children permitted; please note cots are not provided and must be brought. Children aged 2+ requiring an additional bed can be added at a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss directly with the hotel.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss directly with the hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
