I can confirm this deal has three different options:
January stay is valid from Monday 3rd January 2022 until Monday 31st January 2022.

February stay: Voucher is valid from Tuesday 1st February 2022 until Monday 28th February 2022. Excludes 12 Feb 2022.

March stay: Voucher is valid from Tuesday 1st March 2022 until Thursday 31sr March 2022.

It also looks like the deal will be on sale for the next couple of weeks but we can't guarantee it won't sell out by then.

Hi there,
if I was to book this on behalf of my parents as a surprise, would there be any days exempt from the deal? ( ideally looking for the 15th of February)
Also is there any extra charges for WiFi and spa facilities, if so could I phone and pay them before my parents arriving. Thank you in advance.

Good morning, could you please tell me if there is availability for 2 twin rooms on Sat 5th February? I have spoken to the hotel directly and they told me to check with you because there are certain allocations for itison vouchers. If you are not able to tell me whether this date is available and if I purchase the vouchers and cannot get the date we want, will the voucher be refundable? Many thanks, Natalie.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a Quay view room with breakfast and late check-out
  • Stay January, February OR March

Jan stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days.

Feb stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days. Excludes 12 Feb 2022.

Mar stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.

General: A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a Quay view double or twin room.

Upgrades to suites are available; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
