You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Apr - May: 

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jun - Sep:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 25-26 Jun and 6-7, 10, 27 Aug 2021.

A supplementary charge of £50 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays throughout Apr - Sep and for stays between 8 - 28 Aug 2021; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

Overnight stay: stay in a City double or twin room.

3 night stay: stay in a City plus double or twin room.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
