How do i know if the day i want to go is booked up? Iv tried calling the hotel.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Can I pay with an it is on voucher and top it up with cash?

Thanks for getting in touch!

To apply an itison voucher at our checkout, select Buy Now. You can then Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for up to four in a superior suite 

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

£100 pre authorisation required on credit/debit card upon check in.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am. Full check-in details will be sent to you via email on day of arrival.

Options 1, 3 & 5: Apartment suite with one double bed.

Options 2, 4 & 6: Superior suite with one double bed and one double sofa bed.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking available in secure car park for a supplement; please arrange with hotel direct to discuss.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; travel cots available for babies, please arrange with the hotel direct.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
