I want to book for specific date and hotel has availability but can’t tell me if I will be allowed to book with deal as this needs to come directly from itison. I will not buy the voucher unless I know I can book,

Does the 40 credit mean we buy drinks at the bar or book a meal in the restaurant ?
Never had that before sounds a great deal.

I've been trying to book the grosvenor hotel for the 10th &11th December but when I put all my details in its not asking me for a date. Thanks. Marion

Voucher is valid from Fri 11 Sep 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12, 19 & 26 Sep 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

Please note, booking calendar and availability can be viewed upon purchase.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £40 credit which can be used across all food and drink menus in the restaurant and bar.  Spend must be used on the first night when on a 2 night stay option. Menus are subject to change. Please note credit must be spent in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max 1 voucher per table.

Max of 1 child aged 0-12yrs permitted free of charge when sharing with 2 adults.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
