I'm happy to let you know Option 2 - includes an overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, £20pp dinner allowance and breakfast, and costs £119.

Option 3 - includes a 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, £20pp dinner allowance on the first night and breakfast each morning, and costs £169.

I see in the small print the 1st Oct is excluded, does this mean a stay from the 30th Sept to 1st Oct is excluded or the 1st to the 2nd of Oct?

I can confirm that this deal excludes the 1st of October, so you won't be able to stay on this date. The 30th of September is valid to book; subject to availability.

Oh no! I have made a mistake and bought the wrong option. Is it possible to change it to the first option with no evening meal and at the £79 rate? I will then buy 2 vouchers, to give me 2 nights stay.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, breakfast and an optional £20pp dinner allowance OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, £20pp dinner allowance on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Aug 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1-10, 16-17, 22-24 Sep, 1, 3, 7-8, 29 Oct, 4, 9-10, 16-17, 24-26, 30-31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan, 10-11, 14 Feb & 10-12 Mar 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a £20pp dinner allowance to use on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted aged 12 and under; an upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £40prpn including breakfast; subject to availability and payable direct.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
