Hi. I’ve contacted the hotel about this offer and they’ve said it’s only valid Sun-Thur but the small print says valid 7 days. Can you please confirm?

I can confirm this offer is valid to use 7 days a week; subject to availability. Weekends are often the first dates to become fully booked, so I wonder if your particular dates were perhaps already booked.

I thought I had seen a list of occupied dates for Oct for this B&B, we were hoping to book12-13october two twin rooms but don’t want to book if dates not available as were restricted

I can confirm this offer is valid to use 7 days a week; subject to availability. You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Two night stay with a bottle of wine & chocolates in your room on arrival, cream tea, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Sep until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20 Nov. 

A supplementary charge of £15 for Friday and £20 for Saturday stays is required; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

One night stay: Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Two night stay: Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Double/twin rooms available.

Suites can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Two night stay: includes cream tea; plain & raisin scones, cream, jam and tea or coffee; subject to change. 

No children permitted.

Max of 1 dog permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Parking available at the NCP carpark nearby; £15 per 24hours.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
