How much is it for the family and of 4? Is it just the full rotation on the Falkirk Wheel or does it include a boat trip downtown the Kelpies?

I can confirm it's £40 for a boat journey for a family of four with a hot drink and cake each at The Falkirk Wheel.

The boat trip takes around 60 minutes where you travel through the Union Canal and back.

I am unable to buy singles - was going to buy 4 for myself myhusband and 2 daughters - they are 22/26– can I buy still the family ticket for four to include my two adult daughters—- still a family of 4- thank you

I can confirm children are classed as ages 5 – 15 years and ages 16+ are classed as adults so unfortunately, the family option wouldn't cover your family.

where does the £68 come from for the family of 4. looked at booking this but then compared it to Scottish canals who come in at £42. but if one child is under 5 the family ticket comes in at £34.50 on their site.am i missing something or are they cheaper?

I’m happy to help clear this up, as our prices are all checked before our deals go on sale.

This deal is for 2 adults and 2 children over the age of 5 and includes:

- Adult original tour ticket, usually £13.50 per adult.
- Child original tour ticket, usually £7.50 per child over the age of 5.
- Hot drink and cake , usually £6.50 per person.

This gives a top price of £68.00 and as our vouchers are £40, the saving is 41%

Children under the age of 5 go free but do require a ticket which can be arranged at the time of booking.

Our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can though, we will link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

Can the family option be used for one adult and 3 children?

I have 4 children, so would buy the family ticket plus the single ticket option too.

My 6 year old is doing a project on the Falkirk wheel at school so would love to do this.
